You are comfortable balancing multiple priorities, navigating complex employee relations matters, and providing outstanding service to both employees and leadership.
The Position
We are searching for a Senior HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The Senior HR Generalist reports to the Director of People Operations and serves as a strategic partner to organizational leaders by providing guidance and support across employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, leave administration, compliance, payroll coordination, HR reporting, and workforce support while ensuring legal compliance and delivering exceptional customer service.

Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, formulas, conditional formatting, charts, data analysis).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Maintains strict confidentiality.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of progressive HR experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws.
Experience with employee relations, investigations, compensation, benefits, and leave administration.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Experience with HRIS configuration and development
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Starting salary of $70,000
18 days of PTO annually (tiered increases based on tenure)
